All returns require an authorized RMA number assigned by an authorized Michigan Lake Products representative. Please call 1-800- 968-2299 for a RMA, or send and email to email@example.com with your order information and the problem and we will contact you shortly. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be returned to sender. All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
All returns must be returned to Michigan Lake Products freight prepaid and the RMA number should be clearly marked on all packages.
Ship returns using either UPS or Fed-X and please do not ship through the US Postal Service. If your order was shipped via common carrier then it most likely will need to be returned in the same manner. Note that shipping costs to return may be higher than the original shipping costs. It is the customer’s responsibility for ensuring that the merchandise arriving to Michigan Lake Products is in the same condition as when you received it from us.
All merchandise returned NON-DEFECTIVE will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are calculated based on the purchase price of the merchandise only and do not include shipping or handling fees. Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.
Items showing obvious signs of misuse and/or consumer abuse are not eligible for return. Items returned with missing parts and/or accessories will be charged accordingly.
